Plantation Lakes Turkey Trot 2017

Calling all Carolina Forest Residents... The 2017 Plantation Lakes Turkey Trot is all set for November 23.  Come meet your neighbors and if you have family in town bring them along.  This event is 100% free.  

Everyone knows on Thanksgiving Day we tend to overeat.  This family fun-filled event allows you to be proactive and preemptively burn some of those extra calories.  As with last year, there will be the Kids Turkey Mile and The Turkey Trot 5K.  Do not feel obligated to run the entire race or run at all.  We have many people who walk the whole course. 

There will be awards for the Top Male and Female in each category, all participants get a tee shirt, and all finishers get a stainless steel insulated 26oz water bottle.

Kids 5k Winners (Ages 12 and under)
Teen 5k Winners (Ages 13-17)
Adult 5k Winners (Ages 18-39)
Masters 5k Winners (Ages 40-54)
Senior 5k Winners (Ages 55-64)
Grand Masters 5k Winners (65+)

Registration is open for both races.  Please arrive 30 minutes before the race starts.
